Nothing adds elegance or curb appeal, quite like a tile roof. Tile roofing is common here in Stayton, OR, for Southwest-style and Mediterranean-inspired homes. Whether made of fired clay, concrete, or slate, these individual tiles are good for more than looks.

we are the go-to roofing contractor in Stayton, OR, for clay, concrete, or slate roofing installation and repair. Roofing Tiles come in many colors and style options to suit almost any type of architecture.

In addition to curb appeal, tile roofing comes with several advantages beyond looks.

The Benefits of Tile Roofs in Stayton, OR?

Most clay, concrete, or slate tile can last over 50 years — making it the last roof you may ever need! Along with a long lifespan comes durability. Clay, concrete, and slate tiles are fire-resistant and impervious to rot or insects, making it the perfect roofing material for the Stayton climate.

While tile roofing can be an expensive material to work with upfront, concrete, clay, and slate tiles can offset their initial expense. Roofing tiles do a better job of regulating the temperature of your home, due to their high thermal mass — thereby helping you cut down on heating and cooling bills.

Plus, with the added durability and longevity of concrete, clay, or slate tiles you’ll save money by NOT having to replace your roof every decade.

Tile Roof Installation Stayton, Oregon

Stayton is a city in Marion County, Oregon United States, located 12 miles (19 km) southeast of the state capital, Salem on Oregon Route 22. It is south of Sublimity and east of Aumsville. Located on the North Santiam River, Stayton is a regional agricultural and light manufacturing center. The population was 7,644 at the 2010 census. Established in 1872, it was incorporated in 1891. Stayton is part of the Salem Metropolitan Statistical.

Stayton was founded by Drury Smith Stayton, who purchased the town site in 1866 and built a carding mill and sawmill on a watercourse of the North Santiam River. In 1872, he platted the town site, and that same year the community received a post office. A ferry crossing of the Santiam River operated from 1876 until a bridge was constructed in 1888. By 1880, a laundry had been established by Kee Sing and Tom. The first newspaper, The Stayton Sun, was published in 1889 by T. H. McGill.

Santiam Hospital is the lone hospital in the city. The only state highway is Route 22, which is located on the north side of Stayton, separating it from Sublimity.
